Return Policy

Saddle Mania strives to fully and completely satisfy our customers. We will happily exchange or return any products that have not been used or otherwise damaged within 30 days from the delivery of the product if the shipped product is different from what was specified during the placement of the order. We will happily refund the payment if the product did not meet specifications or it was received damaged. If there is no VALID reason for return, buyers will be liable for all return shipping charges, including returning customs duty or any fees for international returns.
